Synopsis of Bheja Fry 2
Vinay Pathak played again a similar character in the original movie ‘Bheja Fry’. His character in ‘Bheja Fry 2’ is of a middle aged frustrating simplistic ‘Bharat Bhushan’.Vinay Pathak is a Income tax officer who takes part in a ‘Kaun Banega…’ type competition in sequence to achieve his dream of making his own music album. He not only wins the contest but falls in love with the TV game show producer. The role of the TV show producer is played by Minissha Lamba.
Vinay Pathak aka ‘Bharat Bhushan’ set out on a cruise as a prize to win the game show and meets Ajit Talwar (Kay Kay Menon). Both men end up on a deserted island and a sequence of actions occur.
Story Treatment
The part-one Bheja Fry was a amazing surprise and truly touched the hearts of the viewers with its comic timing and freshness of theme. The Bheja Fry 2 releases 4 years after the original film was released.
The idea is the same but the movie lacks the punch in the scenes as well as film making which at the most may be labeled as simple. The USP of the film are the good dialogues that try to cover up the weak technical aspects of this movie.
